Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Hairstylist to join our Salon. In this role, you will contribute to creating beautiful styles for our loyal clientele while upholding our standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling and cutting services to clients. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained throughout the salon. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Support team members in daily salon operations.

Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk presence.

 

Qualifications

Valid Hairstylist License for Ontario, Canada. Registered with College of the Trades

Minimum 3 years experience

Proven experience in hair styling and cutting.

Strong customer service skills.

Knowledge of sanitation procedures.

Ability to upsell products effectively.

Excellent communication skills.
